A 25-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Isaac learned early that resilience is not simply about surviving difficult circumstances—it is about developing the discipline, character, and mindset required to grow through them. His military career shaped his commitment to leadership, accountability, and service to others.
After completing his military service, Isaac continued his mission of impact in higher education and community leadership. He served as the Assistant Director of Military & Diversity Outreach for the University of Southern California School of Social Work, where he helped strengthen connections between military communities, academia, and diverse populations.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from National University, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and a Certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning leadership, social work, diversity strategy, recruiting, and organizational development, Isaac brings a unique perspective that resonates with audiences from universities and corporations to military communities and youth organizations.
Known for his authentic presence and ability to connect deeply with people from all walks of life, Isaac uses interactive storytelling and real-life experiences to deliver presentations that are both inspiring and transformative.
